Generally, Sundays every other week at Greater Seattle area pools.  (Lindbergh HS, Shoreline Pool).

 Yes. Shadow Seals hosts the Marin Morrison Memorial Meet annually, and some team members compete at other regional and national levels, as well as internationally. 

  Costs to join include a USA Swimming membership and ongoing expenses attached to the Shadow Seals program. Some of these costs may be offset with Shadow Seals fund raising efforts.
